Hayou Farm was established in 2018 in Staunton, VA, with the goal of providing ecologically-grown fruit and livestock to local customers. We specialize in organically-grown berries and pastured Katahdin sheep. Adam and Allison Young met while farming in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. After formative internships at Evergood Farm (WI) and Polyface Farm (VA), they were ready to begin building Hayou Farm in 2018. They love farming with their two cats, Sam and Clark, and dog, Annie.
